Le Viet Cafe was founded by Vu Pham, an Australian-born Vietnamese passionate about sharing authentic Vietnamese coffee with Australians.

Growing up between two cultures, Vu saw an opportunity to introduce a coffee experience that reflects both heritage and quality — combining Vietnamese Robusta strength with smooth Arabica balance.
